This waterfront home outside Salisbury, MD was plagued with a convoluted layout that prevented access to views of the water. The kitchen was disconnected from the rest of the home and the living room cut off from the water. Design Matters worked with the owner to develop a layout that connected the kitchen and living spaces and reoriented the home to the waterfront views. The living room was substantially enlarged and incorporated a large dining area with expansive waterfront views.
