Design Matters Architecture was established by a father-son team—Carlos Moreno and Daniel Moreno-Holt—bringing over 40 years of combined experience to each endeavor. Both with backgrounds in sustainable design, historic preservation, and community-driven architecture, our team prioritizes quality over quantity.
We are based out of Salisbury, MD and work throughout the Delmarva Peninsula, but have a strong relationship to Worcester County. We’ve designed custom homes all around Ocean City, Ocean Pines, and Berlin — aiding individuals in bringing ideas to life in spaces they adore. We also lease office space by appointment in Ocean Pines to make our services more accessible to our coastal clients.
