Homes That Reflect You—And Where You Live

Single-Family Architecture is our specialty. Our thoughtful process creates unique homes that are responsive to the aspirations and needs of individual owners.

Every project starts with a conversation to understand your unique goals, aspirations, and style.

From there, we look at how that concept works with your site, your life, and your vision for the future. If you are constructing a new property in Bethany or adding to an older property in historic Rehoboth, we can walk you through each step, from initial drawing to last walkthrough.

SEE EXAMPLES OF OUR WORK

Rehoboth: Where Coastal Meets Contemporary

Rehoboth is known for its charm and vibrancy. Here, we’ve designed everything from clean-lined modern homes to warm coastal cottages. Most clients want open layouts, natural light, and outdoor spaces that transition seamlessly into the indoors.

We design with that in mind—without sacrificing durability or function. Whether it’s a vacation home or a primary residence, it’s got to stand up to salt, wind, and sand—and still look great ten years from now.

Dewey Beach: Built for Fun and Function

Dewey Beach is a place where life happens outside as much as in. Our designs here tend to feature expansive decks, screened porches, and creative storage for surfboards and kayaks. It’s a youthful, active town, and the architecture reflects that spirit.

At the same time, you still want a home that provides calm, quiet moments—and we know how to strike that balance.

Bethany Beach: Thoughtful, Family-Focused Design

If you’re building in Bethany Beach, you’re likely thinking about family—whether it’s summer visits from the grandkids or long weekends with friends. Here, the architecture leans toward the timeless: gables, porches, and classic materials with modern conveniences built in.

We design homes in Bethany that welcome people in and make them want to stay awhile.

Fenwick Island: Privacy and Peace, Elevated

Fenwick Island tends to attract those seeking a quieter pace. Many of our clients here want homes that feel like sanctuaries—where you can wake up to the sound of waves, read on the porch, and enjoy the sunset without ever leaving your lot.

Our designs here prioritize privacy, views, and harmony with the landscape. Elevated foundations, natural wood tones, and carefully framed sightlines are just some of the techniques we use.
