SALISBURY MASTER PLAN

A master plan for downtown Salisbury, MD that transforms the challenges of sea level rise into economic and cultural opportunities. The current downtown parking lot is transformed into a civic waterfront plaza, framed by an apartment building with a new library on the ground floor and a performing arts center for Salisbury University. Prepared by Daniel Moreno-Holt as his masters thesis project. Winner of the University’s thesis prize.
