This mixed-use artist complex outside Minneapolis, MN was developed by a non-profit developer as a gathering place for creatives. The building includes amenities that foster creative communities, including live/work units, tenant occupied retail spaces, communal spaces for creative living, and a large outdoor park.

Daniel Moreno-Holt led the project design, including overall layout, unit design, and elevations, as project manager at MSR Design.
